To assure time slots desired, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving Tranquility Salon & Skin Care. Tranquility appreciates a 48-hour notice (72 hours for large parties) of cancellation or 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. Full price will be charged when no notice is given and for cancellations within 24 hours.

With all due respect to our technicians please be punctual for the time reserved exclusively for you. If an appointment must be rescheduled because you are more than 15 minutes late, a cancellation fee of 50% of services will be charged. We reserve the right to condense a treatment or reschedule if you arrive late for your service.

Here at Tranquility we love babies & children, although we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients. We respectfully request that all clients are at least 13 years of age, or otherwise have adult supervision.

  • As a courtesy to all of our guests, cellular phone use is not permitted in the salon. Cellular devices may be used on silent mode.
  • All prices and services are subject to change without notification.
  • The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon (by appointment) so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially to make any changes or adjustments indicated. We will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Tranquility will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
  • No refunds of Gift Certificate purchases. Gift Certificates orders are not exchangeable. All sales are final, however, certificates are transferable, and do not expire.
  • No cash refunds on retail products. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. All used and opened retail items returned will require a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we are unable to exchange products that are used and opened after the 14 days. Clearance item sales are final, and not eligible for exchange. The team at Tranquility will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
  • A credit card will be required to reserve an appointment for a package or parties of 4 or more guests.
  • A 20% gratuity will be added to all Spa Packages and to parties of 4 or more guests.

If you are a first time client for skin care or body treatments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. To enjoy our spa services, there are special health considerations. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have a heart condition, services with induced heat should be avoided. Discuss any known allergens (such as: nuts or seaweed) with your technician. Clients undergoing treatment for an illness should first consult with their physician prior to scheduling an appointment and must also make our staff aware of any communicable diseases.

When booking hair services, please add additional time if you feel your stylist will need it, otherwise your service may need to be shortened. Please call to inquire if you’re uncertain. Please call for a complimentary consultation if you’re uncertain which color process you need for your desired result.

Booking spa packages or appointments for multiple people can be tricky. There are built-in cleanup times that we can work around, that may inhibit online booking availability. Please call to schedule if you feel you may need any assistance.

Oftentimes a service provider will choose to not take new clients. If you request a specific service provider that you don’t currently have a booking relationship with, we reserve the right to reschedule you with another service provider.

For your convenience we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, cash, or check. (A $25 service fee on all returned checks)

As always, cash gratuities are greatly appreciated on all services.
